Opis
Built between 1508-11 for the banker Agostino Chigi, this Renaissance villa was worked on by some of the greatest artists of the period. It is typical of a suburban residence, with two wings running perpendicular to the façade, and gardens laid out around the building. The villa once hosted sumptuous feasts and celebrations, attended by Pope Leo X among others.
