Opis

Centrally location in the mountain village Luven, in the Obersaxen-Mundaun-Val Lumnezia and it's 8 km away from Flims-Laax Ski Area , Casa il Siemi offers views of the Piz Mundaun Mountain. It features modernly furnished rooms and comes with a rooftop terrace. A shared-use kitchen and a spacious common lounge with a flat-screen TV are provided. Each of the rooms comes with tiled floors and a bathroom with a hairdryer. A freshly prepared breakfast buffet is served every day. Tea and coffee facilities are available and you can also make use of a washing machine and a clothes dryer. Art classes are held on a regular basis. You can enjoy the surrounding landscape while sunbathing on the terrace. A ski storage room is provided and on request, a shuttle service from the Ilanz Train Station is available. On request, lunch and dinner can be organised at the property. A restaurant can be found in Luven centre and the closest grocery shops are a 5-minute drive away.
