Le Plein moved to a remodelled heritage building in 2021. The room now spreads across two floors, complete with vaulted ceiling and a courtyard. Bare concrete and exposed brick walls work nicely with the wood-rich interior. The à la carte menu has been replaced by a 4- to 5-course tasting menu that celebrates Taiwanese produce and culinary culture with ingenious, artfully plated creations. Cold-brewed tea pairings are also worth checking out.
