Thai cuisine meets natural wine at this new location of Soi Mao. The word mao is Thai for inebriated, a nod to the restaurant's focus on natural wine. The first floor offers a simplified menu, while the second floor offers a more extensive list of dishes, intended to be enjoyed with wine. Bestsellers include the sweet and spicy grilled pork shoulder, crispy Thai spring rolls and tom yum noodles.
