“Plissn”, “Asou” and «Verpai” are the three tasting menus (the latter a surprise menu) served at this restaurant run by Fabrizia Meroi. Laite occupies a beautiful, typical mountain property situated in a quiet district and featuring two Stube-style rooms (one dating from the 17C, the other the 18C) decorated with a profusion of wood. Regional recipes and seasonal local ingredients take pride of place in the cuisine, accompanied by wines chosen with enthusiasm by Elena, Fabrizia’s daughter (there’s also a good selection of wines by the glass).
