Another offering from the Troisgros group, this simply arranged restaurant has a retro touch and one particular highlight - the open kitchen in the centre of the room enabling guests to view the cooking process. The modern-style, French-based menu recommends four dishes between two people, including delicious options such as langoustine with palm heart fettuccine and, for dessert, deconstructed millefeuille. Tables are assigned as guests arrive and they don't take reservations.
