The three tasting menus on offer here feature technical, complex and experimental dishes with a focus on local and regional ingredients, often from the Amalfi Coast itself. The cuisine is overseen by the famous chef from Campania, Andrea Aprea, while the quality is guaranteed by resident chef Salvatore Pacifico.
