This inn, with its plum and lavender-toned façade, will have a new chapter in its story thanks to its new owners. This couple has worked in some fine establishments (he was sous-chef at Villa René Lalique; she was assistant to the maître d'). In a decor of pale-coloured wood, pick from a short seasonal menu; many dishes are based on local ingredients (eg marinated trout, rocket, horseradish, cucumber and smoked oil, or crispy waffles, caramelised mirabelles and fromage blanc ice cream).
