Italian chef Gianni Caprioli owns several restaurants in Hong Kong but this one, tucked away in a quiet corner between Wan Chai and Admiralty, is his jewel. Besides the booths along one side of the smart dining room, outdoor seating is also prized for an al-fresco Italian feast or just a glass of Italian wine pre- or post-dinner. Expect to see dishes from all over Italy, such as hand-rolled strozzapreti pasta, or Milanese-style veal chop.
