Opis
Bert Brouwers has set up shop in Stad 10 in Hamont, rolling out his considerable know-how to great effect. He trained with the top chefs of Limburg and this experience can be tasted in his personal takes on pure-bred French fare, jazzed up with the odd creative touch. Japanese and fresh acidic flavours frequently find their way onto the menu. For example, he might slip in a hint of grapefruit and daikon winter radishes to exalt a dish of Anjou pigeon.
