Just a stone's throw from Guérande's famous fortified wall, this family-run bistro with a sober contemporary decor serves appetising cuisine that combines regional ingredients (catch of the day, seaweed, pork, butter milk, buckwheat) with more exotic touches (spices, ginger, lemongrass, coconut etc).
