Opis
Chef Pierrot Ayer is the darling of the residents of Fribourg, whom he dazzles with his talent and flair in this elegant, designer venue. Downstairs in a striking contemporary setting, he crafts delicate, high-flying dishes, whose expressive generosity reflects his personality, particularly in his inspired reinterpretations of Gallic classics. At lunchtime, there is a more accessible 3- or 4-course menu and, in the evenings, there is also a vegetarian menu. Splendid cheese trolley. For a “simpler” experience, head upstairs to the bistro-cum-grocery store, le Petit Pérolles, and dig into fresh regional produce in a more casual vibe.
