Opis
With Franz-Josef Schorn as maitre d' and Lukas Schild as chef, this restaurant in the Bilk neighbourhood boasts two big names in the Düsseldorf fine dining scene. Ambitious and flavourful dishes such as braised tri-tip of Wagyu beef from the Eifel region, with a balsamic jus, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts and watercress are served as part of the set menu and à la carte.
