With its warm and welcoming atmosphere, Oogst is right at home in the cosy Buurtschap Centrum 2005 neighbourhood. There is something of the lively Parisian bistro about this place, which makes it all the more enjoyable to dine here. The set menus are always determined by what the Laantje Voorham vegetable garden has to offer. The versatility of vegetables and herbs provides subtle nuances. By incorporating herbs into ice cream and broths, chef Van Bommel gives dishes a new twist. His modern and always generous creations are fragrant with punchy flavours.
