This authentic farmhouse dating from 1885 combines rural charm and modern design – the ideal setting in which to experience Grégory Nicole's cuisine. The finesse with which this French chef pays tribute to his homeland is a testament to his expertise. More modern inspirations add a dash of excitement without overcomplicating things.
