This place is now under new management, although the name has not changed. Since chef-patron Dirk Wagner took over the restaurant, the cooking has a more international flavour, but has retained a Mediterranean side – for example, beef tongue carpaccio or French guinea fowl in a wild garlic sauce. In addition, tapas are served from 5-7pm, and the "Casa Novo beef tenderloin tartare" is a house classic. At lunchtime, the menu is significantly slimmed down. The location on the River Aare is as idyllic as ever, and the terrace is wonderful! La Vinoteca also remains in operation. The Klösterlistutz car park on the other side of the river is conveniently close.
