Just 10 minutes’ walk from Port Macquarie’s bars and nightclubs, Ozzie Pozzie Backpackers offers free WiFi, a seasonal outdoor pool and a fully equipped communal kitchen. Town Beach and Flynns Beach are both within 15 minutes’ walk. Guests can relax on hammocks in the courtyard, play a game in the games room or just enjoy the shared lounge with a TV and over 100 movie titles. Free body boards are available at the front desk. The tour desk books Fraser Island and Whitsunday Island tours, as well as local activities such as diving, and camel and horse riding. Guests can also rent bikes to explore the area. All rooms include bed linen and most offer access to a shared bathroom. Guests can self-cater in the communal kitchen and use the laundry facilities.
