Built in 1902, the beautiful Chettinadu Mansion in Kāraikkudi boasts stunning architecture, Italian marble flooring and wooden furnishings. About 10 km from Thirumayam and 1.5 m from Chettinad, it has an outdoor pool and free internet. Enjoying access to a shared common balcony, the air-conditioned rooms are each equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and a telephone. En suite bathrooms come with 24-hour hot water showers. Located in central Chettinadu, the mansion is a 2-hour drive from Trichy and Madurai Airport. Guests who drive can enjoy free on-site parking. Guests can enjoy a bullock cart ride around the local villages. The hotel also provides a tour desk and business centre. Ayurveda treatment is available in the resort.
