Toilets, showers and laundry facilities in the main building are shared with the owner. The annex has shared bathrooms as well. Lunches can be ordered, on request. The nearest supermarket is in Flauenskjold, 4 km away. There are good opportunities for nature walks and trekking in the area. Shops and restaurants are found in Dronninglund, 10 km from Ellekær-Gård. The 14th-century Voergård Castle is 2 km from the farmhouse, while the sandy Sæby Beach is about 20 minutes drive away.
