The Byron Bay Community Market is probably the best known market and it happens on every first Sunday of the month. Local sellers bring their own products to Butler Street where they have their stalls. It is not only food that you can buy, but also wonderful artwork, hand-made jewellery, massages, painting, music and other wares. The Byron Bay Community Market is the biggest market in town; it is exciting to see all the local products and homemade products. Smaller than the Community Market, The Artisan Market is held during the spring and summer at the Railway Park on every Saturday night between 4pm and 9pm. It provides local sellers a place to show their products to all the travellers and other visitors in Byron Bay. Every Saturday you can find creative pieces of art and crafts, there are stands with homemade jewellery, local artists are performing on a small stage and you can enjoy plenty of fresh food.
