Although damaged by the earthquake of 1880, the cathedral with its slender steeples and circular fortified towers remains imposing. Its restoration was undertaken by Austrian architect Herman Bollé in a style that greatly altered the entire edifice. Inside, admire the height of the vaults and the oldest sections of the cathedral: fragments of the Fresco of the Annunciation (13C). You can then make an inventory of all those who "made" Croatia.
