Opis

By the 12C, this Cistercian abbey surrounded by woodland had become one of the most famous and richest in Europe. After a film on monastic life, the tour takes visitors notably round the ruins of Notre Dame Church, the 14C cloister and 18C cellar. There is a medicinal herb garden in front of the Monks' Pharmacy Museum.
