Opis

This museum presents the types of cereals used for making bread and the utensils used for baking bread and speculoos biscuits and preparing ice cream and waffles. Note the small revolving mill and reconstructed bakery and confectionery shop. The cafeteria and section dedicated to bread from around the world are housed in an old stable, while a third building exhibits a collection of bread carts dating from the 19C and 20C.
