Opis

Renowned for its agriculture, forestry and oceanography research faculties, Vancouver's university (UBC) possesses one of the finest collections of First Nations art in the world. A small masterpiece of contemporary architecture by Arthur Erickson, the concrete and glass building (1976) in which the museum is housed imitates the traditional post and concrete beam structures used by the First Nations.
