Opis

Over 2,000m² of exhibition space display the results of digs, interactive terminals, video screens, a reproduction of the Caune de l'Arago (cave) and a recreation of a skeleton, immersing you in the world of the Tautavel man, over 450,000 years ago! The place of humankind in the universe, the first tools found on the coastal terraces of Roussillon, the geological formation of the cave, the climate, wildlife, tools, habitat and lower Palaeolithic are all covered.
