Opis

Records mention a fortress on this site as early as the end of the first millennium. This castle built in the Baroque style in 1666 was given its present appearance by the Passau architect, Domenico d'Angeli, after a fire in 1727. The former keep, a Roman tower, is the oldest part of the building.
