Opis
Masterpiece of Haut Quercy Byzantine-Romanesque art, Église Ste Marie dates back to the 12C and is akin to the domed churches of Périgueux and Cahors. Walking around the outside, you can admire its roof and the impressive chevet with pentagonal apsidioles. Inside are the fragments of the previous portal, together with the Romanesque bas-relief of the prophet Isaiah, whose expression is striking.
