Opis

This cathedral was built on the site where a mosque used to stand. The Gothic nave and aisles (13C) are striking in their fine, harmonious simplicity; the transept and chancel date from a later point and are in the Late Gothic style. Opposite the cathedral doorway, there is a Manueline door.
