Opis
This royal sheet manufacture, established in 1646 by Nicolas Cadeau, remained operational for three centuries, up until 1958. Its buildings are more evocative of a palace than a factory: the imposing 18C façade is dominated by a central pavilion, whose pediment is topped by a belltower. The courtyard façade is depicted by quarter-circle wings extended by long straight wings.
