Opis
Set in hills planted with cypress trees overlooking the Guadalquivir plain. Here, you will discover the remains of this Roman town that was the birthplace of Emperors Trajan and Hadrian. The Casa de la Exedra has thermal baths and a palaestra. Its large patio, with a fountain, is testament to the Roman origins of this characteristic feature of Andalusian houses. The amphitheatre had a 25 000-spectator capacity.
