Opis

France's last attempt to save its North American colony from British domination was thwarted in the estuary of the Ristigouche River in 1760. In the visitor centre you will see an enormous anchor and part of the hull of the French warship, Le Machault, which foundered nearby. An animated film (15min) charts the different events of this battle.
