Opis

One of the largest craters in the world (approximately 1.3km in diameter and 300m deep) spits its fumaroles out into the heart of the Parque Nacional Volcán Poás and eruptions are a regular occurrence. At the entrance to the well laid out park is a small volcanology museum.
