Opis

The 18C central pavilion is framed by two low wings from the Second Empire, and crowned by a quadrangular dome. The entire building is richly decorated. Opposite stands the equestrian statue of Marshal Joffre (1852-1931), who won the decisive battles of the Marne and the Somme during the First World War.
