On the large square where in September the annual fair devoted to the patron saint is held, is this impressive church from the end of the 17C which has a protruding facade forming a gallery and a Baroque porch opening at the top on to a semicircular flight of steps. The interior is decorated with a profusion of azulejos. Those in the transept depict Biblical scenes.
