Opis
With its spires, pinnacles, gables and countless statues, this cathedral (begun in 1386) is an unforgettable sight, especially when the afternoon sun shines on its white stone. Admire its apse, head up to its rooftop terraces, then make your way to the seventh floor of the La Rinascente department store for a unique view of the cathedral. Its interior is sombre bordering on the austere and is striking for its huge dimensions.
