Opis
Built by Alfred Waterhouse between 1873 and 1880 to a symmetrical plan, the building is 205m long with two 58m-high central towers above an entrance embellished by arches and decorated pillars. Inside, the permanent exhibits cover all things animal, vegetable and mineral... More than 68 million items make up the collection. Inventive and interactive display, notably in the new Earth Galleries and the ecology gallery.
