Opis

This small citadel overlooking the Danube was designed with two moats and a forward defence system on the plateau side, comprising two towers linked by a long wall. Below Beuron the route follows the Danube Valley past the rocky fortresses of Wildenstein and Werenwag. The cliffs then give way to rock needles forming a fantastic ensemble between Thiergarten and Gutenstein.
