Opis

If you are in need of some cool relief from the hot summer bustle, take refuge in the Sulcis hinterland, dominated by the Monte Acosu range. This chain of hilly mountains, bristling with peaks and needles, stretches from north to south along the Gutturu Mannu valley. A drive down the valley on the Capoterra-Santadi road will reveal a countryside of cork oak and sessile oak forests, and who knows, maybe even a glimpse of the park's emblematic Sardinian stag.
