Opis
La Rochelle Aquarium, a large wood and glass structure opposite the old harbour, presents over 12,000 marine creatures of amazing biodiversity from the Atlantic, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the Pacific. The pools endeavour to recreate the environments of each species as faithfully as possible, from fragile jellyfish to the fascinating sharks circling in a huge tank. Tiered seating makes the visit all the more enjoyable.
