Opis
At 1,486m, this pass links La Clusaz to La Giettaz. The alpine pastures and a small chapel are framed by the cornices of the northeastern face of the Étale and on the other side, the rectangular indentation of the Aravis gateway. The view embraces the Aiguille Verte to the left and Mount Tondu to the right, with the peaks of Chamonix, Mont Blanc and the Glaciers in the middle.
