Opis
Restored and enlarged, this museum contains not only work by local artists but also by other Swiss and foreign painters. Paintings by local lads Charles Humbert and Charles Edouard Jeanneret (Le Corbusier) hang on the ground floor. Upstairs, national artists can be seen, including Vallotton and Hodler, and many French artists from the 19C-20C (Delacroix, Matisse, Derain, Renoir, among others).
