Opis

In Konark the sun rises over the temple of the sun god Surya, which was built overlooking the Bay of Bengal in the 13C. Today, the sea has receded and the god's monumental chariot, with its 24 wheels and six horses, rests on the sand. A UNESCO World Heritage Site.
