Dedicated to the marine life of the Nordic seas, this modern aquarium presents all aspects (especially anatomy) of local wildlife (cod, salmon etc) and the industries related to the sea: fishing, fish farming and oil extraction - all in an educational way. Videos, interactive stations, and boards give visitors an insight into this maritime world, which is by no means inconsequential for Norwegians, insofar as the total length of their coastline is equivalent to twice that of the equator.
