The Satie houses are a museum whose original layout mingles sound, light, images and objects in an eccentric and humorous setting. To the sound of the Gymnopédies or the Morceaux en forme de poire, visitors wander around Erik Satie's (1866-1925) birthplace. From school dunce to prestigious musician, you will discover different aspects of the composer and pianist, through his work and commentaries inspired by his written work. The entire museum pays tribute to this whimsical artist.
