This towering red and white office block is a striking example of architecture that breaks completely with the traditions of the late 80s. It is the work of Ralph Erskine, an English architect (1914‑2005). A lift takes visitors 86 m above sea level, where the cafe gives a magnificent panoramic view of the city and the port.
