Opis

Cradle of the reigning dynasty, Tafilalt (or Tafilalet) is a huge palm grove watered by two rivers, the Rheris and the Ziz. Drought may have brought an end to the region's prosperity, and with it its heyday, but it is the desert that is giving it a new lease of life: indeed, the Merzouga sand dunes are proving such a popular tourist attraction that the desert is anything but deserted. Let the golden reflections of the dunes stretching into the distance work their magic on you.
