Opis

Dunbeath Heritage Centre presents the landscapes of this part of the Scottish Highlands. Nearby is the Laidhay Croft Museum, housed in long whitewashed buildings. It contains living quarters subdivided by box beds into kitchen, parlour and sleeping area. The byre and stables are at either end. The barn is built out of driftwood found in the rivers, in an area where timber is a scarce commodity.
