Opis
This panoramic terrace is connected with the cathedral by a monumental staircase. It boasts an interesting view over the Elbe and the impressive buildings of the Neustadt district on the opposite bank, including the imposing neo-Classical façade of the Saxon State Ministry of Finance (1883). A permanent easel on the terrace frames one of Canaletto's famous landscapes of the city.
