Opis

This museum has beautiful collections of paintings, particularly 17C canvasses, as well as works by Dordrecht painters, Dutch Romantic painters and paintings from the schools of The Hague and Amsterdam. Among the 18 and 19C paintings, both Biblical scenes and portraits by A Scheffer (Self-portrait at the age of 43, Portrait of Frédéric Chopin) stand out. Some 20C art trends are also represented.
