Partly occupying Perrin de Boussac mansion (1567) on one side and abutting the 17C ramparts on the other, this striking contemporary facility houses a remarkable museum. Spread over 1,600m² and home to some 800 exhibits, it provides a fascinating retrospective of the techniques and practices involved in cognac production. Calling upon your sense of smell, hearing and sight, you will discover different facets of cognac from the land and know-how to the creative business side.
